Summer was hectic! And while our calendars might be tired, the momentum must carry on! Here are some important dates for fall and to prepare for what’s ahead.

Extended Tax Returns Due

October 15 - individuals and eligible businesses that filed for an extension have until October 15 to file.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION - If you are located in one of the counties affected by severe storms and flooding, you may have an extended deadline of Nov, 2. Please confirm with your accountant the date that applies to you!

Heads UP: it may be a good time to review your witholding

There is not a mandatory deadline to review of your witholding, but fall is a great time!

End of year is a good time to consider whether your witholding and/or estimated payments are appropriate compared to your year-to-date-income. Visit the irs.gov witholding estimator for more information.
